Each customer’s use case varied, but all adopted Dynamics 365 to replace aging, siloed ERP systems that offered bad user experiences. For many interviewees, a new ERP was not a choice — their legacy systems were failing to meet capability and performance needs as their businesses grew. All seven organisations desired a cloud ERP.
