A migration assessment is the first step to helping you understand the value of cloud migrations and how to get there.
The end of Mainstream Support for On-Prem Dynamics Customer Engagement was announced in January 2021 and the product will only benefit from extended support until January 2026.
As regulations are updated the risk of exposure to compliance and security risks increases. More importantly, migrating, allows you to fully reap the benefits associated with a move to the cloud. There are several potential cost savings associated with not managing servers and large IT teams with the added burden of making ongoing periodic upgrades.
From a performance perspective, Dynamics 365 offers a modern web platform and allows integration with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Migrating to Dynamics 365 will give you
Flexibility and scalability to grow
Access unified real-time data
Improve security, privacy, and reliability

Global Technology Service Business Migrates from a Multinational CRM Platform to the Cloud.
The Business Problem
Since the client has grown and expanded over a ten-year period, they had accumulated customer data spread over several disparate systems.
The client had concerns about the quality of their customer data and it was difficult to draw meaningful insights from it. The sales team was running a manual reporting process using spreadsheets. This process was labour-intensive and reduced the time they had to engage with customers.
The client also needed to refocus and consolidate their customer relationship management (CRM) platform allowing their sales, marketing, and customer support teams to get a single view of the customer and derive meaningful insights.
The Solution and Value
Decision Inc. successfully migrated the client’s on-premise CRM environment to the cloud, consolidating sales, marketing, and support systems onto one platform. The new system migrated everything into a centralised customer repository that is accessible from anywhere in the world. Giving the client a 360-degree view of the client interactions.
The cloud-based CRM platform enabled the client to keep data online, up to date, and accessible. They are also able to identify trends from its sales and understand customer sentiment better, track goals and do account planning on an individual basis.
