Good communication and collaboration skills are therefore a must, as well as great technical ability and a passion to convert client requirements into a very innovative solution. What Will You Do as a Dynamics 365FO/AX2012 Developer?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Enhances existing software and develop new functionality or integration, to address specific needs or to solve a particular problem
- Perform on-site development services for implementation projects
- Perform ongoing development support services to existing clients
- Evaluate necessary upgrade customisations for new versions of MS Dynamics D365 for Finance and Operations
- Understanding of defined business and user requirements the developer will translate these requirements to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Find solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O environment including building extensions and customisations
- Participate in analysis and design sessions – work with business analysts and functional consultants to determine the best fit solution for our clients
- Deliver the complete Dynamics 365 F&O solution together with the technical and consulting team
- Communicate progress with project teams
- Code promotion, deployment, and testing of new code cross various environments
As a Dynamics 365FO/AX2012 Developer, Who Do You Need to Be?
- Relevant degree E.g. Computer Science, Information Systems
- Certification on MS SQL Transact and MS Dynamics D365 for Operations (Development)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with relational databases, preferably on an ERP
- C#, VB.net, Microsoft SQL Server, X++, Visual Studio Team Services as well as .NET Certified (preferable)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SSRS
- Basic knowledge and use of DevOps
- Functional knowledge covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory management modules
- Possess technical competency in SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Office (preferable)
- Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivating, driven and ambitious
- Strong discipline for adhering to best practices
- Good analytical skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn – a positive attitude is everything!
